WIREC collects and co-ordinates the emerging method development demands.According to the customers’ need WIREC provides overall professional support. In the research laboratory the background of the problem is investigated, the most appropriate solution is decided and offered to the customer and the new testing method is developed. Then WIREC installs the new method at the customer and ensures the education of the staff.  During the whole process WIREC is in contact with the customer therefore the newly developed method would be satisfactory for all partners and the technology transfer process could efficiently be completed...
